We have seen several instances where Eclipse has stopped receiving reports or sending claims. Instead, all transmissions return the code 0 - The task has been completed successfully, but no reports are received or claims sent. The same happens with patient verifications.

This is due to a problem with data getting blocked in a Windows folder. To fix this, open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\<your user name>\.medicareonline. Delete the entire medicareonline folder and its contents. Restart Access Anaesthetics and the problem should be resolved.

Medicare recognize that this is a problem and claimed that it was fixed with an update of the Eclipse files to version 6.11.4. However, that is not the case, and Medicare believe it is a rare occurrence, and are not planning to fix it anytime soon.
