BUGS FIXED

Compact All function failed in A2007 with error - Undefined function FileLen.

Invalid Null when importing estimate from another date file.

Entering start time when op date was blank caused Syntax error.

Entering text in the Sort By field in the Select > Advanced box caused an error.

Background template for letters did not always switch from previous background correctly.

Dr's image did not change if the file couldn't be found.

List of Accounts not always shown in AccountNumber order.

Hidden unit value for multiple item discounted to zero showed up next to date when printing from HBServer. Fixed by setting forecolour to white.

Deleting a form letter could cause a syntax error in the filtering process.

Equivalent items list did not appear if account went onto second page.

Stopped external provider ERA message appearing when running all transmissions.

NEW FUNCTIONS

When displaying MBS rebate on Items page, the difference between the rebate and the MBS fee also shown.

Hovering mouse over units column on items page shows total units. Double click to open units x rate calculator.

New Units x rate calculator.

New BMI calculator.

Calc menu on Account details page - includes MyOwn Fee, Rebates, Units x Rate, Estimates, BMI.

Duplicate button on Estimate calculator allows copying an existing estimate as a shortcut.

Added Notes field to Estimate calculator.

Rebates can optionally be shown on the account (Medicare/fund/gap). Tick the checkbox on the Format page; a default can be set in the Options form, Accounts Show page. The default is ignored for no/known gaps or TP/WC accounts, which do not show rebates unless ticked on the Format page.

Built in function to search for OPV errors (7-9 Feb 2010) as advised by Medicare. See Eclipse Menu > Setup > Maintenance.

OTHER

Individual item procedure times must be entered manually.

Disabled ability to send AG or SC claims with Medibank Private. User can override this by entering text 'Allow IMC' in the Phone field for the MPL entry in the addresses lookup table.
