Multi-provider Features

Added a large popup notice to show the current doctor when switching data files.

Modified the QualDesig field on the MainMenu to ensure it is updated when data files are switched.

Inserted a warning message to alert the user to the inability to refresh the doctor's name in the title bar when the AA97.ico file is missing.

Added a Multi-provider document search function as described above in 'Document Management'.

Created a function to update DVA, TP and WC rates for all data files in one process. This is operated from the Options form and means all data files can be updated at once.

Provided an option to save the location of the backup file to all data files at once. This option is available when the 'Save default' button is pressed in the backup window, or when the manual backup location is changed in the Options form.

Added a function to convert a single user data file into a file which can be used in a multi-user system. Also allows importing of surgeons and hospitals from a single user file. Useful where an existing single user joins a group which is using Access Anaesthetics.
