Miscellaneous Updates

Adjusted the 'Premed' shortcut on the RVG items page to insert CA002 item. Also adjusted all other references to old premed item CA010 to include CA002-CA008 items.

Adjusted the List of Accounts so that user-defined ordering is reproduced on the printed output.

Removed the unnecessary 'Clear tags shown' button on the List of Accounts and replaced it with a 'Tag all shown' button.

Added the ability to select accounts according to a specific item number (Advanced selection box).

Added 'Filter By Selection' buttons to the List of Accounts and List of Payments forms. To use these, highlight the data you want to filter by, then press the Filter button. Press the Remove Filter button to cancel the record filtration. This filtration method operates independently from the options selected on the 'Select' menu or in the Advanced selection dialog box.

Adjusted the left side of form letters to be 0.5 cm further to the right, to fit into window envelopes better.

Added the ability to specify the first account number when entering the first account (previously the first account number had to start at 1001).

Added a function to restart the account numbers from a user-specified number (Options > Provider page).

Adjusted the automatic backup function to save 2 copies of the data file, with extensions bk1 and bk2. (For multi-user installations, automatic backups are not very useful.)

Added some missing keyboard shortcuts to the Main Menu (Help, Select Provider).

Removed the About Access Anaesthetics button off the Main Menu.

Streamlined the About box and added a Version option to easily get main version details.

Updated the HealthBase phone number in relevant forms and removed outdated price information from the order form.

Added a 'Register' button to the About box to easily find the registration number.

Removed the registered user name from the registration form since not required.

Shortened the time that the 'Fee Changed' message appears from 3 sec to 1.5 sec.

Adjusted the background colour of some controls to the correct grey shade in XP.

Adjusted lines on report headers so that width is greater and background is transparent. This allows the text on either side to stretch across the middle of the page if required.

Changed cursor to a hand icon for the Main Menu and File Management Menu.
