A new blank letter format can be used to print any AA data on a blank page or printed template. The blank format flag is saved with the document, and in the form letters list. This allows much more flexibility in printing documents for patients, such as quotations or informed financial consent forms.

Updated the field codes list to include most data fields in AA. The field code form (opened from the Letters form) can print most fields for the current account. Codes can be added directly from the form without having to type the code.

A code of XX can be used to substitute user-defined text where the field is blank. For example, using operation date ..

with a known date would display ...

with a blank date would display ...
