Private non-health fund accounts were not set to overdue at the correct time, but were left indefinitely as Awaiting payment.
Aged trial balance report failed if any accounts were exactly 30 days old.
Modified group practice summary to avoid problems with corrupted, moved and A2000 files.
Daily activity report - In Jan, 'Last month' option gives Dec of current year, not previous year.
List of Accounts sometimes did not appear in Account number order.
Totals on the List of Accounts could be misleading - Owed and Waived totals were switched if Options > Show All Accounts=True and user opens List before Details.
Adjusted TrimMaintLog function to use US date format in SQL. Otherwise may clear too much.
Exporting List of Payments to Excel failed with error invalid bracketing of [PaymentsT.AccountNumber], or with a Syntax Error in SQL statement.
Adjust editing in Datasheet Formats window to avoid ambiguities with single and double quotes.
About > Tech. Info. sometimes did not display item file version correctly (not a valid password).
When registering multi-user version, modified data file format could not be created - Permission denied message.
Removed autocorrect fn from password fields in Backup, Restore, and Zip and Email dialogs.
If a Fee calc note was on an ASA RVG account, adding or deleting items gave an error. Also Fee Calc Note was not automatically added except when RVG fee was selected.
When converting MBS to RVG items, if an MBS item did not have a matching RVG number, one of the other RVG items was duplicated.
When a P3, P4 or P5 modifier was added to the ASA RVG items list, P4 and P5 modifiers could be deleted from other accounts. Provided function to search for such errors (Maintenance > Tools > P4/P5 error).
With Access 97 (and runtime), in some situations AA would crash on opening if the 'Show all accounts' checkbox was ticked in the Options form.
Box around account number did not appear in bold type when heavy lines option is used.
