THEATRE LIST

A theatre list may be printed showing all cases for a specific day or days, categorized by hospital or session. Do this from the Tools menu on the Main Menu, Account Details or List of Accounts screens.
The list can be printed for future or past operating days.
Each operation is assigned to a 'session'. The default session number is 1. The session and start time is used to order cases in the list. The start time may be entered without entering a stop time, if you need to specify an order for the list without knowing the times.
The printed list may be divided at any point by adjusting the sessions. Sessions may be arbitrarily assigned - they don't have to represent actually theatre sessions.

LIST CONFIGURATION

The dialog box shows the cases to be included. As well as the date, the list may be filtered by the hospital, surgeon, session and provider number.
Start times and sessions may be edited in the dialog box (or the account's Operation tab), provided the stop time doesn't exist and the case is not an issued account.
The list can be printed in portrait or landscape format. Either can be set as the default, and either can be selected for any printout.
The printed list has 6 standard columns, and users can choose to show 2 additional columns on the portrait format, or 4 on the landscape format.
An optional column can be left blank by selecting <Blank> from the list. If a column is left blank, columns to the left stretch to the right.
IFC details and preoperative details can optionally be shown.
The list can optionally show each new date on a new page, and each new session on a new page.
The list may be exported to Excel.

PREOP VISITS

Appointment dates and times may be stored for any account or estimate. Multiple appointments can be included.
The appointment location can be recorded, and two additional fields allow entering preoperative notes.
A Preop Visit List may be viewed or printed, showing all appointments on a specific day, along with relevant notes.
Configuration options for the preop list are available in a similar way to those used in the theatre list.
