Improved visibility and function
| • | Included Health fund and MyOwn fees as colour coded columns in the same window for better visibility. Reformatted column totals fields. |
| • | Added some additional functions for customising My Own fee. Also removed the MyOwn Fee button and instead added a hyperlink from the MyOwn column heading. |
| • | Added MoveUp and MoveDown buttons to more easily modify the order of items in the list. Moved the Auto Order button to the left, next to the up/down buttons. |
Create Custom Items
| • | Provided the ability to store customised items and to add them to accounts. This is accessed by pressing the 'Extras' button in the View Items Book section on the button bar. This may be useful for cosmetic surgery, on call charges, and miscellaneous charges for credit card payments or dishonoured cheques. |
Epidural Derived Fee Items
| • | When entering epidural items for > 60 min (18219 or 18227), you are now prompted as to whether or not you want to show the 60 min and >60 min items separately, or to combine them as a derived fee. |
| • | When entering epidural items in the ASA RVG page, the unit values and fees now are calculated with respect to the time entered on the account. Previously this was only done for MBS items. Note that derived fees are not calculated for ASA RVG items; both the 60 min and > 60 min items should be put on the account, e.g. CV120 and CV122. |
| • | Bug fixed - adding items 18219 or 18227 from the MBS book would not insert the fund fee correctly. |
Obsolete fields removed
| • | Removed obsolete Surgical item column from MBS page. |
| • | Removed obsolete base and time units from MBS page. |
| • | Removed obsolete Prolonged anaesthetic rule button. |
| • | Removed the after hours and public hol emergency checkboxes from DVA tab as no longer used. |
Misc field and button changes
| • | Renamed 'Update item from book' button to 'Reinsert item'. |
| • | Removed the 'Use another book' button and included a hyperlink on the items book label. |
