ITEMS PAGE - NEW TIME FIELD

A Time field has been added so that the times for individual items may be entered. These are not printed on accounts, but are sent in Eclipse claims.
Specific item times are not required for Eclipse claims, but may avoid problems with separate consultations, or duplicate services on the same day.
The times are not entered automatically, but must be adjusted for individual items manually.
Double click on the 'Time' heading to update all times on the currently selected date.

REBATES

Medicare and fund rebates can optionally be shown on the account (Medicare/fund/gap). Tick the checkbox on the Format page; a default can be set in the Options form, 'Accounts Show' page. The default is ignored for no/known gaps or TP/WC accounts, which do not show rebates unless ticked on the Format page.
When displaying the MBS rebates on the Items page, the difference between the rebate and the MBS fee is also shown.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING IN ITEMS

For users of Access 2000+, conditional formatting has been added as follows.

Items outside the range of 17601-30000 are shown in green (MBS tab only).
Items with no item number (notes) have yellow highlighting.
User-defined items are shown in red. User-defined items are set up by ticking the Highlight box in the MBS or RVG books.
Procedure dates which are different to the Operation date are shown in blue.
Procedure times which are different to the Operation start time are shown in blue.

MISCELLANEOUS
