Health Funds

It is possible to hide funds you never use from the Health Funds drop down list. Click Tools > Health Fund Fees and click the Show/Hide button to hide the funds you don't wish to appear. You can unhide them just as easily. Your preferences will be remembered even after updating to a new health fund file. When printing a list of 'All' fund schedules, hidden funds will not be shown.

Added an option to the Select menu on the List of Accounts to quickly show all open health fund accounts. Also added an option to list accounts for any specified health fund.
