Font Formatting and Screen Size

Provided the ability to change the font of the List of Accounts and Payments. The font, font size, bold, and gridlines can be customised (Tools > Datasheet Format).

Provided the ability to select the columns to be displayed in each list.

Provided the ability to store multiple formatting options for each list - so that a specific set of columns and font formats can be displayed easily.

When exporting to Excel, the column selection is maintained.

Added appropriate Copayment columns to the printed list of accounts.

Added a menu option (Tools > Resize fonts) to toggle between 8 and 10 point font size for selected fields on the main Account Details data entry screen. This is an interim measure to assist users with high resolution screens. We are currently in the process of incorporating a more comprehensive resizing function.

For computers with higher resolution screens (> 800 x 600), created a function to resize the Access window so that AA will always open in the preferred window size. Also removed the option to revert to a screen resolution of 800 x 600 since it is unlikely this would ever be used, and it may cause some screen display problems.
