DVA Fee changes

From 1 Jan 2005, the DVA increased fees for NON-anaesthetic items by 15-20%. These were built into the purple DVA page fee calculations in Ver 3.7. It was subsequently found that the fees were not applicable to anaesthetists, so the calculation has been reset to the normal MBS method.
