Document Management

Modified the Documents page to allow saving a link to an external document or website. Each document may be saved with a category and with notes. The categories can be edited. The list can be filtered by a category.

A similar form is opened from the main Menu using the Letters & Documents button. This lists letters and linked documents which are not attached to a particular patient account. The 'External Documents' options is included on the Tools menu of several main forms.

For multi-provider versions, it is possible to search all data files and obtain a listing of all documents for a specified patient. This is simple to do for an individual patient, but the search can be easily modified to look at multiple patients.
