Daily Activity Report

The new DAILY ACTIVITY report can be accessed from the Main Menu.

This is a quick method to see just what has been done in the system today (or yesterday, or last week, or last year). Good for keeping track of things, or for giving reports to individual clients in a multi-user practice.

You can dynamically review accounts created, issued, closed, written off or deleted within a date range. Also shows payments received, banked and deleted. You can print individual categories of the report or the entire listing in either a summary or detailed format.

The 'Total Fees Outstanding' report can be opened from the Summary menu on either the List of Accounts or List of Payments. This calculates the balance outstanding on any specified day. For example, you can calculate the total outstanding on June 30 last year.
