Access 2003 Issues

Microsoft implemented a new security policy in Access 2003 which caused some issues on opening any database.

Modified a recordsource security issue in the Letters form which caused errors with the Access 2003 Sandbox.

Adjusted menu bar widths for List of Accounts and Payments so they would stay same size in A2003.

Checked the function of all aspects of the system for any A2003 Sandbox issues (with sandbox setting on 3).

Removed the automatic column width adjustment in the Payment Summary report (query) since it didn't work properly in Access 2003 (dialog box stayed on screen and prevented report dialog disappearing). This may be a SendKeys issue.

Removed the SendKeys function from the batch payments subform - appears not to work in A2003.
