What we did Created a system for data entry and reporting using Access 97 for the National Breast Cancer Centre (a division of the NSW Cancer Council).

Included functions to calculate the results and basic statistics for a number of questionnaires.

Several multipage forms and several subforms linked to a main data entry form.
