Project A retrospective review of the use of the long-acting contraceptive agent, depoprovera, in obstetric medical practice.

What we did Created an Access 97 database to manage the data collection and assisted in determining how the data would be collected and analysed.

Special features

Several multipage forms and several subforms linked to a main data entry form.

Data was manually inserted from medical records to the database system.

System to allow medical staff to identify patients, but where exported data had identification information removed.
