KNOWN BUGS

All software has bugs, even Access Anaesthetics. If you encounter a bug, first make sure you have the latest version of the program, since your bug may already have been fixed. If not, let us know and we'll fix it asap.

Version 4.05

Fixed bug where deleting all items prevented the fund fee being selected automatically.
Fixed bug where printing tagged accounts from a list of all accounts caused a 'Syntax error in From clause' with additional errors and failure to update payment status and account date. (Also modified the AccountR Report_Open procedure for debugging SQL problems.)
Fixed bug in ExtraItems window where item code was not shown in list box.
Fixed bug where deleting a banked misc or batch payment failed with a syntax error message.
Fixed bug where banking date was automatically inserted into cash payments.
Modified the batch file updating process to require the batch file to be manually operated by the user. This is to avoid the disappearing black window which appeared in Ver 4.03, and ultimately to work around the occasional updating error (Can't find System.mdw error) on some A97 machines.

Version 4.04

Fixed bug where the List of Accounts was printed in order of Acc.Type instead of Acc.Number.
Fixed bug where GST was added automatically to new account if previous account had GST applied.
Fixed bug where banking slip took a long time to print.
Fixed bug where +++ may appear on Notes tab in a new account when no notes exist.
Fixed bug where distributed batch payments could be deleted from an individual account.
Fixed missing Tools> Edit Lookup Tables menu on Main Menu.
Added Fund Title to address page of addresses editing form to avoid confusion on what will appear in Private Health Fund field on account's Fund page.

Version 4.03

Fixed bug where updating process did not complete correctly on some networked runtime systems.

Version 4.02

Fixed bug where satellite version stopped responding when pgm started (due to problem with adding records to a full maintenance log).

Version 4.01

Fixed a bug where main body text on form letters did not appear on the letter.
Fixed bug where Copy Operation buttons were disabled on new accounts.
Displayed Send account to' address on first tab (if it exists) to alert user.
Moved DrsLogNumber to last in the tabbing order of the first page.

Version 3.9

The following bugs have been fixed in Version 3.91, available now.

List of Accounts printout too wide for A4 page. With some printers, the list of accounts printed onto a second sideways page. We have modified the margins to correct this.
List of Accounts default ordering appears random. The list was inadvertently re-ordered by the new field Drs Log Number. User-defined ordering is unaffected. The default ordering has been reinstated.
List of Payments ordering issues. Some issues with default ordering in the List of Payments have also been corrected.
Missing health funds in network installations. In some cases, older health fund files were lost when clients switched back and forth between fund file versions. This has been corrected. Also the fund file selection box has been revised to show the available files in order of their release date.
Web Update function fails with Type Mismatch error. We are only aware of one client with this problem, but it has now been fixed.
Data file version not updated on Mac computers. This appears to happen when two numeric variables fail to be compared correctly. Not sure if this is fixed, but we have made some minor changes to try to address the problem.
